Another day, another park. Boredom is out of the question. Do you remember when you were so small the jungle gym was scarey and you were too short to reach the bars? It doesn't stop some kids from trying anyway. If you really want to be in the thick of it, come down to their level. Lay or sit on the ground at the bottom of the slide and see how epic life from their point of view truly is! To scale the stairs may as well be the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest! Don't be shy, I do it all the time! Lose your inhibitions without the booze. Refreshing!

Snowflake just looks so darned "Cool" when he's out playing. Kinda like "Yeah, I could kick your butt if I had to. But I won't. Cause it'll mess up my hair."
Hee Hee! That's sweet! Hey, yeah, I wear 'tinted' lenses on occasion. My eyes are light greyish blue, so green or blue tint makes them a little more colorful. In the sunlight, a little too FemBot. BTW, I was just reading over at Canine Cologne and she was talking about cooking with Fish Sauce and I was wondering of your heard The Splendid Table segment on Sunday about 'umami' or the fifth taste as it is called. I've read about it before, but I just think it's interesting. Can you believe this slide? You know that's not up to code, we're talking sizzlin' baby singe in the summer sun on this relic!
I know that slide. I think I have a picture with this slide and my sister on it when she was just a wee tot.
Gosh, I havent listedned to any of the Spledid Tables yet. I have 3 or 4 ready. I was trying to get a few together so I could listen to them in a chunk (I have 3-8 hour drives some days) and it gives me a sense of "fullness" to hear things in chunks.
I've heard of umami before but there's a skeptical part of me that thinks "come on, your making stuff up now." You'll hear about sushi chefs that take 5 years to "learn" how to use salt or some bs like that. I guess it's just a different culture. We Americans can have cavalierness about our food, a sense of experimentation (?) that isn't bound by tradition.
Anyway, I never did understand what this fifth taste was. Do they do a good job explaining it?
he looks so dang TALL
Ah Christine! i am praying he doesn't end up with his granny's curse. All of her brothers were like 5' 7"... I am hoping he's not the next Michael J. Fox. Luckily, there are a few tall ones in the blood so I'm keeping my finglings crossed. He's in the 50% for height and that's better than being like in the 25%!
