Aww, as part brethern, give him a St Paddy's Day smooch for me. Yay! St Paddy's day is this friday! I've already got the corned beef, just gotta get the fixins. But there's always beer in the fridge. In fact, that's the primary reason we got the second fridge :)

Is he part Irish on your side?

Also, I've been dying to know who the man in your header is? Brother, Little Dick, or John Doe perhaps?

I love the picture of the pug. It reminds me of the scene in O' Brother, Were Art Thou, where they record the Soggy Bottom Boys song. I know you know it cause "You're the DJ"!

Yes, Lotus he is Irish on my side AND Scottish, Welsh, Norwegian and Polish. From his Y he supposedly has French Canadian and Native American. I thought I was a 57, but he tops it! The combination seems to work in his favor so far. He was supposed to be born on St.Patrick's Day but arrived a few hours late.

The long hair is my brother who I refer to as Sid in this here thang. I took that picture a the day after we found out our brother died. On this day he had his hair completely buzzed off and placed the pony tail in the casket with our bro. I remember so clearly because the stylist was like,"Okay, well, we're going to pull this all back and cut it off and doante it to Locks of Love and he's all EXCUSE me, lady but....you know the story. It was sad. I took quite a few that day. One of my other fav's is him lying on his back w/ his hair spread out all around him like rays of the sun on top of vibrant green grass.

The pug, ah, I miss him so much! Ginkgo my sweet dear friend. Oh yeah, I know it, hun. I know the words to "Big Rock Candy Mountain" by heart, too. This photograph was taken in my friends recording studio and he uses it for a postcard to promote his biz. That pug had a truck load of soul, my friend! This may be cheese to some, but when I was 33 I had his name tattooed on my arm in tiny script w/ a tiny red heart above it and a little white bone below it. Only it says 'gingklonis' another one of my zillion pet names for him.

Now you know The Rest of the Story, or I mean part of it anyway. :)
