Gorgeous catalpa pics! Happy turkey day to you and Snowflake (even if you don't eat turkey!) With so many great veg recipes, who needs turkey anyway? ;) I once made shepherds' pie with tofu ground beef (well, that Yves Veggie stuff that "looks" like ground beef and has similar consistency...and my meat-eating brothers thought it was good. The only thing I could never sneak by them was the tofu dogs or tofu burgers. They didn't care much for them. Anyway.....happy thanksgiving. Enjoy your time with your loved ones :)
