I have these in color on Flickr as well if anyone is interested. They look really cool and I couldn't decide which I should post. The BW's do go more with the theme. It was really creepy and beautiful here.

I love these photos. I immediately want to create some type of scary story about the place!!! Did you get any photos of the inside of the home?

I wish, maybe, that I could remember more about that movie, except that it was very weird and kind o dumb. ;)

Thanks Rachael! It was an amazing place, especially since the roof was partially ripped off the barn and was making strange noises clanging in the wind. I wouldn't have gone inside as the property was posted and maybe someone was living there.

Oh J... you have to LOVE the performances of Brad Pitt and Juliette Lewis in that one. I think they were just far out and beyond words. Then again I love the movie Natural Born Killers.

This could be a Stephen King-type short story. You've got your first line, too: "It said "No Tresspassing," though I did."

Megs, thanks so much. I love your choice in blog format, your taste in the photos you choose to put up, so that made my day. Py Korry, I wish I had the time to sit and write something more than just a few random thoughts. Remember the twos? Or the threes? Maybe sometime around 2016 I'll get a moment. That seems so frighteningly far into the future, but it is so close. I wonder how we'll all look in ten years... I hope not to look like the abandoned Chevrolet.
