People who claim not to be 'crazy, religious people" don't let their 11 year old daughter die. I mean, that IS just plain crazy. They live in an upscale neighborhood and own a funky little coffee shop. Her parents most likely won't be charged because we have freedom to 'choose' our treatments in this state.
